Clam Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups clam juice
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 2 pounds fresh clams, scrubbed and rinsed well
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
