Ingredients:

  • 4 cod fillets
  • ½ cup of grated black truffle
  • 1 and ½ cup of finely chopped potatoes
  • 1 and ½ cup of finely chopped sweet potato
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Chop fingerlings into thick sections.
