Creole Cauliflower Gratin Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 1 can diced tomatoes

Instructions:

  2. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and dried thyme.
