Creole Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Directions:
