Crispy Bacon Corn Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups frozen corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped chives for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the pot and set aside.
