Crispy Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions:
- Clean the mushrooms and slice them into bite-sized pieces.

- Place the coated mushroom pieces into the frying pan, without overcrowding.
- Cook until they turn golden brown, flipping once or twice, for about 3-5 minutes.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil before serving.
