Ingredients
- 8 slices of bread, preferably sourdough
- 8 slices of ham, cooked
- 8 slices of Gruyere cheese
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 2 cups of whole milk
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
