Ingredients:

  • 1 pound crozet pasta
  • 4 ounces diced bacon
  • 1 finely diced onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Tomme cheese
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
