Curry Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander

  5. Gradually whisk in the heavy cream and simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the sauce has thickened to your desired consistency.
  6. Season the sauce with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Allow the sauce to cool slightly before serving.
