Dessert with 3 Chocolates
Ingredients:
- 200g dark chocolate
- 200g milk chocolate
- 200g white chocolate
- 500ml heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup hot water
Instructions:
- Chop all three chocolates into small pieces and place them in separate bowls.
- In a large saucepan, heat 250ml of heavy cream over low-medium heat until it begins to simmer.

- Repeat steps 2-4 for white chocolate, but this time add 1 tsp vanilla extract to the heavy cream before adding the white chocolate. Pour this mixture into the glasses or bowls on top of the milk chocolate layer and chill it for 20 minutes.
- Once the white chocolate layer is chilled, top the glasses or bowls with the remaining chopped chocolate. Drizzle each portion with 1 tbsp of hot water, and serve immediately.
