Duck Breast Tartiflette Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 duck breasts
- 1 kg potatoes
- 2 onions, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 200 g bacon, diced
- 200 g Reblochon cheese, sliced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.

- In a separate pan, sear the duck breasts, skin side down, until golden brown, about 3 minutes.
- Place the duck breasts on top of the bacon layer in the oven-safe dish.
- Add the remaining potatoes, onions, and bacon to the dish.
- Top with sliced Reblochon cheese and 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
