Verdict:
This elegant dish is perfect for serving to guests or enjoying as a special treat. The crispy skin and tender meat of the duck pair perfectly with sweet and tart apples. The honey-mustard sauce adds just the right amount of sweetness and tang. Serve with roasted potatoes and steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
Serving suggestion:
Pair this dish with a full-bodied red wine such as Pinot Noir or Cabernet Sauvignon. For a lighter option, a dry Riesling or Sauvignon Blanc would also pair well. Finish off the meal with a sweet dessert such as apple tart or crème brûlée.
