Ingredients

  • 1 can of apricots (or fresh apricots, pitted and sliced)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  3. If using fresh apricots, pit and slice them and place them in the bottom of the baking dish. If using canned apricots, drain the liquid and spread them out evenly in the baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar, rolled oats, butter, and salt until it forms a crumbly mixture.
  5. Sprinkle this mixture on top of the apricots in the baking dish.
  6. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the apricots are bubbling underneath.
