Easy Paella Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 2 cups Arborio rice (or other short-grain rice)
- 1 teaspoon saffron threads (or turmeric)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
