Easy Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  2. In a separate smaller bowl, whisk together the milk, egg and vegetable oil.

  5. Spoon 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan or griddle for each pancake.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
