Easy Raspberry Charlotte Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 18-20 ladyfingers
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla extract together until soft peaks form. Set aside.
  2. Line the bottom and sides of a 9-inch springform pan with ladyfingers, placing them vertically and rounded-sides facing out.

  9. Chill the raspberry charlotte in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  10. When ready to serve, remove the springform pan and garnish with fresh raspberries.
