Easy Vegetable Brick Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 large potatoes, peeled and sliced into thin rounds
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced into thin rounds
  • 1 zucchini, sliced into thin rounds
  • 1 onion, sliced into thin rounds
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin rounds
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced into thin rounds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:
