Endive in the Oven Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 endives
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil, divided
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut off the ends of the endives and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil on a baking sheet, and place the endives on it in a single layer.
