Endive in the Oven Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 endives
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil, divided
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut off the ends of the endives and slice them in half lengthwise.
  3. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil on a baking sheet, and place the endives on it in a single layer.
