Endive Tatin with Honey Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 endives
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:
