Endives with Dukan Ham Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 endives
  • 4 slices of Dukan ham
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the endives in half lengthwise and remove the bottom.
  3. Place the endives in a baking dish and drizzle them with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the endives are tender and lightly browned.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard and honey.
  6. Take the endives out of the oven, wrap each half with a slice of Dukan ham, and drizzle the honey mustard mixture over them.
  7. Bake for another 5-7 minutes or until the ham is crispy and golden.
  8. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the endive and ham wraps just before serving.
