Fish Shortbread Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200g butter, softened
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cooked fish (salmon, tuna or cod)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter until creamy.
  4. Sift in the flour and add parmesan cheese, chopped cooked fish, and salt.

  6. Roll the dough out on a clean surface to about 1cm thickness.
  7. Cut into shapes desired and place them on the baking tray.

  9. Remove from oven and place the shortbread onto a wire rack to cool completely.
