Ingredients

  • 1 cup of any cooking oil (olive/vegetable/sunflower)
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of dried herbs (basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
