Recipe: Forest Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

  • 8 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 8 ounces of mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
