Ingredients:

  • 1 whole capon, cut into 8 pieces
  • 1 cup dried morels
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:
