Ingredients

  • 1 pack of thin egg noodles
  • 1 small head of red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles to the boiling water and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the noodles and set them aside.
