Frittata Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or other)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 zucchini, diced
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper. Stir in shredded cheese.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is soft, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add bell pepper, zucchini, and mushrooms and cook until vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.

  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the eggs are set and golden brown on top.
