Pumpkin Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 medium-sized pumpkin
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cut the pumpkin in half and scoop out the seeds and pulp. Then, cut the pumpkin into small cubes.
