Pumpkin Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium-sized pumpkin
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cut the pumpkin in half and scoop out the seeds and pulp. Then, cut the pumpkin into small cubes.
