Zucchini Terrine Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 large zucchinis, sliced lengthwise into thin strips
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
