Fruit Jellies Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of fruit juice (your choice of flavour)
  • 4 tablespoons of unflavoured gelatin powder
  • 1/2 cup of sugar

Instructions:

  1. Pour the fruit juice into a medium saucepan.
  2. Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the juice and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the sugar.
  4. Heat the mixture over medium heat while stirring constantly until the sugar and gelatin have completely dissolved. This should take around 5-7 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
  6. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a baking dish lined with plastic wrap.
  7. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours or until the jellies have set.
  8. Once set, remove the jellies from the molds or dish and serve immediately.
