Fruit Jellies Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 cups of fruit juice (your choice of flavour)
- 4 tablespoons of unflavoured gelatin powder
- 1/2 cup of sugar
Instructions:
- Pour the fruit juice into a medium saucepan.
- Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the juice and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the sugar.

- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a baking dish lined with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for 2-4 hours or until the jellies have set.
- Once set, remove the jellies from the molds or dish and serve immediately.
