Garlic Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 heads of garlic
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Croutons for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut off the top of the garlic heads and place them on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the garlic heads, then wrap them in foil.

- Heat the soup over medium heat until warmed through, but do not boil.
- Serve hot with croutons on top.
