Gizzard Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of chicken gizzards
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 2 celery ribs, sliced
  • 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
