Gluten Free Pie Crust Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, frozen and grated
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 Tbsp ice water

Instructions:

  7. Roll out the dough to desired thickness on a lightly floured surface.
  8. Place the rolled out dough in a pie dish, and trim the edges. Prick the bottom lightly with a fork and fill with desired filling.
  9. Bake according to the pie recipe.
