Gougère ham and emmental cheese Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Emmental cheese
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions:
