Grilled Swordfish Steak with Herbs
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. fresh swordfish steak
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme, chopped
