Grilled Swordfish Steak with Herbs

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. fresh swordfish steak
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp. fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper.
  3. Brush the swordfish steak with the herb mixture on both sides.
