Ham Lasagna Recipe
Ingredients:
- 9-12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound cooked ham, chopped
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3 cups spaghetti sauce
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente.
- In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta, egg, and black pepper. Mix well.
- In a 13×9 inch baking dish, spread about 1 cup of spaghetti sauce on the bottom.

- Repeat the layers: sauce, noodles, ricotta, ham, mozzarella, parmesan, and parsley.
- Cover the lasagna with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is crispy and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
