Homemade Bolognese: Traditional Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 500g minced beef
- 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp salt
