Iced Infusion – Delight Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 cups of water
- 2 teaspoons of loose-leaf tea (your choice of flavor)
- 1/4 cup of honey or sugar (whichever you prefer)
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Boil 4 cups of water in a pot.
- Once the water boils, add 2 teaspoons of loose-leaf tea to the pot.
- Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally to make sure all the tea leaves are submerged and brewing.
- Remove the pot from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
- Once the tea has cooled, add 1/4 cup of honey or sugar to the pot. Stir until the sweetener has dissolved.
- Add the juice of 1 lemon to the pot and stir again.
- Store the iced infusion in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until it is chilled.
- When ready to serve, pour the iced infusion into glasses filled with ice cubes.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and enjoy!
