Recipe: Invisible Apple Cake by Cyril Lignac
Ingredients:
- 4 large apples
- 3 eggs
- 150g caster sugar
- 70g flour
- 20cl milk
- 70g butter
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Grease and flour a 22cm cake pan.
- Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until the mixture becomes frothy.

- Pour the mixture into the prepared cake pan and smooth the surface with a spatula.
- Bake in the oven for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let the cake cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
