Irish Soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
