Julienne Fillet Papillotes in a Planter Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 fillets of white fish
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 1/2 leek
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the vegetables into julienne strips.

  8. Place the papillotes in a planter and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and let it sit for 2-3 minutes before serving.
