Julienne Fillet Papillotes in a Planter Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 fillets of white fish
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 zucchini
- 1/2 leek
- 1/2 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the vegetables into julienne strips.

- Place the papillotes in a planter and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let it sit for 2-3 minutes before serving.
