Julienne Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and cut into thin matchsticks (julienne)
  • 2 stalks of celery, cut into thin matchsticks (julienne)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
