Lacquered Tenderloin Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole beef tenderloin (4-5 lbs)
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
