Leek and Bacon Quiche Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 ready-made pie crust
- 4 slices of bacon, chopped
- 2 medium leeks, trimmed and sliced thinly
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated gruyere cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish according to package instruction. Set aside to cool.

- Spread the cooked bacon and leeks evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and leeks.
- Sprinkle grated gruyere cheese over the top of the quiche.
- Bake the quiche in a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the custard is set and the top is golden brown.
- Remove the quiche from the oven and allow it to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
