Leek and Mushroom Pie
Ingredients
- 1 ready-made pie crust
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 leeks, sliced
- 8 oz sliced mushrooms
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 eggs

Instructions
