Leek and Smoked Salmon Quiche Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 3 leeks, white and light green parts thinly sliced
- 6 oz. smoked salmon, roughly chopped
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
