Ingredients:
- 4 large leeks
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and butter a gratin dish.
- Trim the leeks and remove the tough, dark green tops. Slice the leeks lengthwise and rinse well under running water.
