Lemon Chocolate Verrine Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the heavy cream and milk and heat until bubbles start to form along the edges.
  2. Remove from the heat and stir in the lemon juice. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  3. Stir in the sugar until dissolved. Set aside to cool.

  5. Layer the crushed graham crackers and lemon cream mixture in individual verrine glasses, starting with a layer of graham crackers. Top each layer with melted chocolate.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
