Lemon Chocolate Verrine Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the heavy cream and milk and heat until bubbles start to form along the edges.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the lemon juice. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to thicken.

- Melt the chocolate chips in a bowl set over simmering water.
