Lemon Mint Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh mint leaves, washed and chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves, washed and chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, roasted and powdered
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, add mint leaves, coriander leaves, lemon juice, sugar, salt, cumin seeds, red chili powder and water. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the chutney into a serving bowl and serve fresh.
