Lemon Mint Chutney Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh mint leaves, washed and chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves, washed and chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, roasted and powdered
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions:
- In a blender, add mint leaves, coriander leaves, lemon juice, sugar, salt, cumin seeds, red chili powder and water. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the chutney into a serving bowl and serve fresh.
