Light Stew Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless chicken breast, cubed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, celery, potatoes, corn)
