Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed espresso
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup coffee liqueur
  • 16 oz low-fat mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup light whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 24 ladyfingers
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine espresso, sugar, and coffee liqueur. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat mascarpone cheese until smooth.
  3. Add whipped topping and powdered sugar, beat until well combined.
  4. Working with one ladyfinger at a time, dip ladyfinger into espresso mixture for a few seconds and arrange in a single layer in an 8-inch square baking dish.
  5. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers in the dish.
  6. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and remaining mascarpone mixture.
  7. Chill tiramisu for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  8. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
